While 365 can be used by anyone who wants a proven way to get leaner, stronger and fitter, most of our customers are in their 50s and 60s. They tend to be successful professionals who want to take back control of their health after putting their careers and families first for decades.

365 is a good fit for them because our workouts are quick and can be done anywhere. We reduce the risk of injury through regular mobility sessions and personalization. Unlike other online fitness programs, we don’t rely on artificial intelligence to do the heavy lifting for us; we are a small team who personally provide support, coaching and accountability for our customers.

If you’re looking for the latest gimmick, another quick fix, then 365 isn’t for you. But if you want a simple, sustainable way to stay fit and healthy long-term, then 365 is the answer.

No more than 20 minutes a day.

You’ll be assessed when you join to find the most appropriate difficulty tier for you, and from there you can change tiers whenever you like. But just in case there are exercises that you can’t do (due to injury, for example), you can request substitutions. All you need to do is ask in the community or email us.

In the first 3 tiers of our 12-tier progression system, you don’t need any equipment whatsoever. In later tiers, we do recommend a suspension trainer and foam roller. These items make it much, much easier to train your entire body safely, but if you don’t have them, you can simply skip the exercises that use them.

We currently have more than 500 unique routines available with many more in development. You’ll never be bored.

If you are already a Bodyweight365 or 365Plus customer and would like to upgrade, you can do so by signing up for the package you want just as a new customer would. As long as you use the same email address we will take care of the rest. We will cancel your old subscription, replacing it with the new one.
